I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tia Chela, and the experience was quite practical. The space was very comfortable, thanks in part to efficient air conditioning - a must in the warmth of Santa Marta. It was nice to find clean rooms and a well-kept shared bathroom, adding to the overall value. One highlight was the lovely breakfast each morning, setting a positive tone for the day. Plus, the host was flexible when I asked to extend my stay, demonstrating a willingness to accommodate guests. The communal areas provided an inviting atmosphere, though I recommend visiting in the cooler hours. With secure parking for my motorcycle and free Wi-Fi, I found Tia Chela to be a solid choice for those seeking both comfort and a reasonable budget for their travels. A worthwhile option for eco-conscious travelers looking for balance.
